One online interview and 2 in person interviews and Rebel Food team never bothered to my messages or email.
God knows why would someone ghost a candidate after in-person interviews.
Doesn’t matter how was the actual interview. All I remember is crickets after I took a half day, travelled to their office for the interview just to be ghosted.
Rebel Food team needs to do better.

The interview process went on for about a month. This was the interview plan:
1. Screening round with Hiring Manager
2. Assignment(If Rebel should introduce BOGO, make your case) discussion round (assigned in screening)
3. Case Study + Assignment discussion
4. Problem Solving with Growth& Distribution

Frage 1
1. Imagine you are working as a PM at Rebel for Eatsure's pod. The sales for EatSure today is down by 50%. What would be your course of action? What would be your first step? How would you communicate these? How do you involve team members and when?
Note: It is not the RCA that they are focussing on, it is how you function as a PM.
2. Explain previous projects. Pick one, drill down.
3. What is the Business flow for Rebel's food ordering. Map it and find out where failures can occur and why. How to mitigate those.
4. You have a torch which works with 2 working batteries. You have 8 batteries, out of which only 4 works.
- Find out the number of all possible attempts/combinations in which the torch will work. Also state the number of possible combinations in which the torch won't work.
- What is the minimum number of attempts required to make the torch work
- Map ordering of food( impression to menu, menu to cart, cart to pay) and come up with a hypothesis of the factors that would influence the user's decision at each of these steps.
