Interviewed by a PM and Programme Manager via Teams. Interview was relaxed starting with introductions and the type of projects they had on. They arrived on time and it lasted one hour with some time left at the end for questions. It took 4 days to find out if I was taken to the next round. The feedback given was around ‘gaps’ in my Agile knowledge when I was not even asked one question on Agile and where the company had not yet started to adopt Agile! I just wished for more genuine feedback.
