The process is relatively straightforward. Go in, do an assessment test (45 mins) and do an interview with HR. If you pass the first round, then you'll get into the second interview.

Fairly straightforward. If you have any experience regarding education, whether professional or volunteer or otherwise, it would be good to mention. Also specify which age group you worked with. If you don't have educational experience, it is ok too.
