The worst ever interview experience I’ve had. The session was scheduled for an hour, but the interviewer ended it in less than 7 minutes. They were clearly in a hurry, didn’t engage meaningfully, and barely let me speak. It felt like they had already made their decision and were just going through the motions. I had put in serious time preparing for this interview — even rescheduled once due to the interviewer’s illness — only to be met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. There was no basic courtesy, no genuine interest, and no effort to evaluate my experience properly. If this is how Publicis Re:Sources treats candidates, especially experienced professionals, I would seriously question what it’s like to work there. Candidates deserve respect, not to be treated as a checkbox to be ticked off.
