So I will admit this company has a very thorough and lengthy hiring process, first I submitting my application, the very next day received a request to submit my assessment which I was sure to complete that day. The assessment consist of behavioral questions, math and simulation of the job. The next day I received a request to submit a one way recorded interview which included 8 behavioral questions which I was sure to use the STAR method, I also completed that task the day of. The next day I recived a request to meet one on one with a hiring manager which I scheduled as soon as possible. After completing the one on one with the hiring manager which took about a hour I was told I would receive an update within 7-10 days. I did decide to submit a follow up email to stand out and point out out my interest on day 9 and received a call with an offer that same day. Yay! Excited to join the progressive family. (I also sent a thank you email after the interview) The entire process took about 2 weeks.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
