Was asked series of obtuse questions which required STAR method answers requiring a 4 part answer. Only given three minutes to answer all 4 parts. Not able to discuss prior work history. It seems they only want people who can bs their way through these and not someone of actual substance who has some prior insurance experience. I wouldn't waste time with this company again.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

3. Tell me about the situation when you had to adapt existential process or encounter while working on an assignment at work or during college please describe the situation how you adapted to the change and the results
4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
