after completing the online application, i received an invitation to do an online test a couple weeks later. This test involved some math and customer situational questions. The next day I received an email saying that I have passed the test and will be called to set up a phone interview. It them two weeks and a half weeks to call me to set to schedule the phone interview. the phone interview involved a few unexpected situational questions which are expected to be answered in the STAR format.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
