I had applied online after searching the net for IT internships. They first asked me to give a test in one of their Raleigh offices. It was IQ test consisting of some normal verbal questions where you are given some statements and from them you had to find out if a given statement is true, false or inconclusive. There was also a section which asked about behavior. The on site interview was taken by 4 groups each of which had 2 members. They asked BEHAVIORAL questions. There were 10 questions in all. Be prepared with the general behavioral questions and you will succeed. The work place is awesome. Everyone at the workplace seemed to be having fun and were enjoying their job. They dress casual and are always helpful to each other.
