So first I applied online, then I was invited to do an assessment which I passed. Then few days later I received a email to schedule a phone interview. Then on the day of the phone interview (STAR interview) the woman was a bit cold in my opinion but we proceeded, it took about an hour. At the end she told me she'd let me know by monday or Tuesday of next week, my interview was Thursday. Honestly I didn't think id hear back because the woman made me a bit uncomfortable.... But the next day she called and asked if I could come in Monday morning for a face to face interview .... Side note: I applied for the job in New Orleans/Metairie La, as I'm moving there but I was in Miami when I applied. As a single mom I couldn't find affordable flights so I decided to drive ( with a toddler) 13hours! So I made it by Monday morning and was told I'd have two separate interviews by 2 separate individuals in separate rooms. Cool. Both we're nice and they told me how great I was answering the questions and honestly I thought I was a shoe in since I did claims in my last job.... One of the interviewers even told me I'd fit in great and could see move up into management within the first year and that I was exactly what he was looking for... I was ecstatic. I left feeling great tbh. So 2 days later when I recieved a email stating I had not been chosen for the position, I felt it was a low blow... And then to add insult to injury I get a call later in the day from a background investigator at progressive to start my background and had to explain to her I was not selected....I feel they could've done things differently at progressive

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
