The interview process was very unprofessional to say the least. I interviewed with the Head of "software solutions," and they didn't seem to know much about the role, and ironically don't have any background in coding/software/data. After answering random questions and describing my personal experience in the energy field, I was asked about my excel skills. They might as well have asked if I could read and write. The cherry on top was that I was ghosted after this interview, which is now illegal in Ontario. This just adds another layer to the overall absence of professionalism.
