We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience interviewing with us, specifically with the take home exercise. Although we estimate the time required to complete the submissions by attempting them internally first, it is hard to know exactly how long it will take each person.
As we are a growing start up, we value your feedback and are actively refining our processes to ensure that we are providing the best candidate experience possible. We will certainly ensure we do a better job at time boxing take home exercises in the future!
Beyond this - we will continue to refine our introductory calls, so that candidates feel a more robust understanding of a role and are able to better determine if they are interested in proceeding to a take home stage.
