I interviewed with a postdoc, department chair, and other teaching faculty. It was a relaxed but professional group interview. They asked relevant questions for which I was fully prepared. The interview lasted an hour and a half, after which they invited me to meet other faculty, tenured and teaching, who were in their offices. The overall atmosphere was genial.
I applied online, and after about a month, the school contacted me via email and we did a Skype interview. Three people in the search committee took turns to ask questions, which were expected during the preparation process.
