Easy-going and conversational. Met with the recruiter and team lead. Both experiences were as expected. Lots of questions on customer management background and sample scenarios. There were a few payroll/tax questions as well. This should be easy for those who have a payroll background. Overall, it was a great experience. However, the follow-up was non-existent. No feedback. No follow-up email. Just radio silence, which I have never experienced. I would hope that, in the future, they would have the courtesy to follow up with all of their candidates, regardless of the outcome.
