Interview generally taken by Russians. Two technical rounds. Mostly questions on Java, SQL. Not so much tough interview. Then managerial and lastly as usual HR. One can prepare basic of all these things then easily clear the rounds. But they are very skilled on judging you. They only choose the right one from the crowd.
