Interview process was pretty straightforward. A phone interview was conducted just to go over my background and skills. Then an on-site interview where the interviewers asked more deeply about my background and security skills. Periodically they would ask technical questions about web application security, but all were pretty rudimentary. Know basic web application attacks and you'll be fine.

Good technical questions on first call to gauge level of technical skillset. Discuss overall company atmosphere and day to day tasks of the penetration tester role. Will ask about current skillset and examples of tasks performed on the job.
