Initially learned about the company through a friend who was applying for a different position. Applied online, including a general 2 open-ended question exercise. Contacted for a 30min phone interview with Head of Talent acquisition, followed by a 30min on-site 1:1 with Director of Product the day after. Moved on to a 3hr 2nd round of interviews on-site with the whole PM team and Director of UX. These were 7 people total, a combination of individual and panel interviews. Two and 1/2 weeks later, I got called back for a 3.5hr third round of interviews. The final round with 5 more people, executives (CMO, CEO) and directors. Within a week they informed me that an offer was made to another candidate. While there was very short lead time before each round (3 of the appointments made with <24 hrs) and interviewing with +12 people, the vast majority of the interviewers were well prepared, sharp, and on point. So by the end of the process, I had a great understanding of the company and potential challenges.
