The interview process is well structured and very well communicated with a candidate. Interviewers show their professionalism from the very first minute of the call.

A Talent Acquisition Sourcer reached out to me on LinkedIn. I then submitted my resume online and the following day, I got invited for an interview with the DM Lead Analyst & the DM Leader. This was followed by two phone interviews with senior management in the US. My interviewers were very friendly, professional and encouraging and they made me feel completely at ease. The interview process was smooth and straightforward and the TA team was very helpful. I got my offer letter four weeks after my first interview.
