The interviewer seemed nice and asked a couple of questions about my experience. Easy process overall. I never got a response after I sent them my transcript, which was very frustrating.

I applied online and, about two days later, received an email requesting an interview. I was from out of town, so a phone interview was set up for two weeks later. Had the interview (more on that in a second) and was offered the position a week and a half afterward. The whole process took almost exactly four weeks.

The interview was very structured. There were six questions revolving around my qualifications and one "job simulation" question for which I was described a situation and was asked to calculate a value. Due to how structured the interview was and that the interviewer was writing down everything I was saying, it is my assumption that every interviewee is asked the exact same questions so they can directly compare the responses of the different candidates.
Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch [1]
Frage 1
New governor needs to clean house. An outside efficiency expert (think 2 Bobs from movie "Office Space") truly needs to evaluate all positions for what each employee actually does, is responsible for, and whether their respective position is genuinely essential or can be eliminated. There needs to be more promotion from within. Allow upward employee reviews (and votes of confidence) of supervisors.
