I had 3 phone interviews and one day before the fourth interview was scheduled to take place, the company cancelled stating that they suddenly realized the job required more experience. I thought this was very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I don't understand as to why did they schedule the fourth interview if the job required more experience? Moreover, they wasted both there time and mine.
