This lack of follow-up felt unprofessional and dismissive of the time and effort I invested in preparing and participating in the interviews. Basic communication is a sign of respect for candidates. I would encourage the company to improve its candidate experience by ensuring timely and clear communication, even if the decision is not to move forward with a candidate.
