One interview and one language tests. The language tests require you to record yourself in several situations and the tests are in both languages: English and the other language you speak. The interview process is easy but they need you to have a home office that cancel noises and no one can hear you while working. Plus you have to work in holidays, and once you set a shift, you only can request for shift change once a year.
