Was contacted by an Integrity recruiter via email and asked if I'd like to have an informal chat about a role on a tender bid (meaning Integrity had not yet won the work). Given 1.5-2 days notice during Lockdown and asked for an informal chat over skype. It turned out to be more of an interview, was not told the job role I was being interviewed for, was told that a large team with different roles was being recruited and my CV was great, covered all areas/roles on the tender. Was told I'd hear back on a certainty day, nothing happened, when I chased days later, was told that one particular person had been selected who had already worked on the project. When I queried that I had been told a team had been hired and that I'd been given about 1.5 days notice of 'chat' which actually was an interview and not for a specific role, and questioned the warm salutations about my CV, was told that my CV was great but that they'd changed direction and I was not what they were looking for. Last time this company contacted me in the same manner, I was again told a team was being hired, my CV was perfect and I'd hear on a certain date, same thing happened. When I chased, I was told they'd hired one person they already knew. Subsequently the project they were tendering for came to me in a another role I hold for peer review. I noted that Integrity had not won the tender....don't touch this company with a barge pole. Their recruitment practice are the opposite of their name. They don't appear to have much Integrity. Time wasters. It would appear they already have candidates lined up for tender roles and are just 'seeing who's out there' without the intention of actually giving the candidates a shot.
