Interview process was very lengthy. First interview with company recruiter was brief yet personable, with follow up in text messages to set up additional interviews. Second panel interview with four people was also very good, mainly asking about previous duties and responsibilities. Third interview with two technical engineers was not as well as the first two. The questions asked were general, but with an expectation to answer in a way they thought was best, when there are many ways to code an application, not just "their" way. This is hard to do without physically seeing a code sample. I heard nothing back for a month, then got a rejection letter for a job I DID NOT apply for. I applied and interviewed for 'Full Stack Java Web Application Developer', not 'Architect, Senior.' Honestly, I don't think I could be more disgusted. Get it together, Infor, or stop interviewing, you don't even know what you are hiring for, only going through the motions, wasting time.
