The on-demand interview video is a waste of time. It took me 2 hours. It's tiring and lacks human connection.
I think they use AI to filter through candidates who gave their time and effort to complete the written and video interview. It's like they don't value the people who want to work for them.

Un premier contact avec une RH, très sympa, puis j'ai été invité à faire un "entretien" HireVue (personne en face, des questions sont posées à l'écran). Suite à cela, j'ai reçu un mail pour faire un entretien de 30 minutes avec les managers, ce qui est court pour évaluer une entreprise/équipe (à peine le temps de poser des questions). Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un mail automatique (!) indiquant que je n'étais pas retenu pour le poste. J'ai demandé à avoir un vrai feedback, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.
