In PetSmart there's associates and Petcare associates so if you were to handle animals on the floor you have to be willing to touch crickets and worms and such, I personally said I rather not and okay with being just a cashier since I had experience there so it was fine. However another employee did apply directly to Petcare but couldn't handle bugs and ended up leaving.
