There is a short phone interview, which wasn't very difficult. Just a quick introduction so they can get a better understanding of your background and why you are running for the role.
Then there are usually 3 stages. First stage is a simple interview (standard). Second stage is a 'dip' which is where you get to choose 5-6 staff members to meet and greet. You get 15-20 minutes with the people you want, and have a one-on-one honest chat about what it's like to work at Hanson Wade. This is designed for you to get a real feel for the company. The managers / person interviewing you will not know what happens in the room (Having taken the job, I have done these dips on both sides of the fence, and they are completely secret between you and the people you pick to meet).
The final stage is another interview, during which you will be asked to present a conference idea and plan for the year ahead. You will be given a better idea in advance of what this 'year plan' looks like. If you are right for the role / have any production experience you should not find this task difficult.
