Mainly focused in communication and technical rounds. Initially i had a telephonic round as screening process. Then i was interviewed by HR face to face. Then technical online exam was conducted. Finally Manager's round which included the technical questions.

The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
