Submitted resume through an on line process. They accepted and asked me to come into the field office for an interview. I interviewed with two different for about 45 minutes each. Typical why do you want to work for Block, what can you offer us questions. They got back to me with an offer that was not very high but better than some other places I have worked at.

Applied on line and received a phone call inviting me to a on site interview. The interview questions were very simple and a friendly conversation. The interviewer was dressed in comfortable total unprofessional attire.

you only interview with 1 manager and it's only about 1 hour then you will hear back almost immediately.

It seemed very informal and like they were desperately getting someone to fill a temp position. They were at least very straight-forward with what the position entailed. They told me how many hours to expect and when the position would end.
