Strange Interview due to the nature of the business. However, for the serious minded employee, the company is ethical, very serious about the people it employs and extremely focused on giving great customer service. There were only 3 questions in the face to face interview however 60+ hours of classroom instruction, including 5 quizes and a mid-term and a final exam with an overall passing score of 80% was required to even qualify for employment. The class was excellent but hey, it is a federal tax class - so there was some pretty serious studying. Again, for a number person or someone with an interest in taxes/taxation this is a good company to work for - even if it is a little time consuming (and requires effort) to get your foot in the door.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.
