Fairly simple and straight forward. The total length of the interview was 30 mins or so. The interviewer was friendly and comfortable to talk to. Didn’t make me nervous or worried. Anyone who is prepared to answer few common personality questions should be able to clear the interview like a breeze.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
