You need to enroll in their tax course which runs for around 12 weeks and you have to attend the 3 hour class once a week starting in Feb and if you pass that course by achieving over 80% in exam.

They don't ask you much questions as long as you pass the exam with over 80% you just go to meet them and they allocate you an office based on your preference and availability
Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
