It was very friendly and since H&R block wants you to take there study course and then if you pass the exam with good marks to be precise by 80 and above they most definitely hire you for the job, so thats actually made it quite easy for me to get the interview and make it through easily.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
