The initial hiring process was a fiasco. The person who I was suppose to interview with never made it to the interview, so I was interviewed by a field office manager. I found out I was hired by receiving a phone call telling me when to start classes. There was no salary discussion, no requirements discussion, no anything.

The manager asked me questions about my experience, my availability, the required questions from the corporate form, and described the job to me, then asked if I'd like the job. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted later via an official offer letter from corporate.
