3-4 stages in total I believe. Stage 1: screening call with the Talent Person. Stage 2: take-home task given 48 hrs to complete (populating the positioning canvas and then designing a one-pager based on the canvas), then 45mins in-person presentation to the Product Marketing Lead and Product Manager + 30mins values interview with Head of GTM. Screening call was standard and it was nice meeting the team at stage 2 - they made you feel comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant. Task was clear.
3 things to improve the interview/job application experience. 1) They responded with a screening call 2 months after my job application submission, which was perplexing. Maybe recruitment was put to a halt in that period and then resumed - idk. 2) They specifically said they can provide feedback should the candidate wish to receive it, which they did not do when I agreed to the suggestion - also perplexing. Made me question why they were offering it in the first place if they weren't going to provide it? 3) For stage 1 to stage 2 they got back instantly, but stage 2 to rejection they took +2-3 weeks to get back. The overall process was longer than it should have been, and could be clearer and if you are offering feedback to actually provide it, otherwise don't say you will.
