Phone interview followed by in-person interviews at the office. Spent 20-30 minutes with several managers, a director, and finally a partner. Received a call later that day informing me I was hired.

Mostly behavioral questions and questions about my resume/college since this was an entry level position at an accounting firm where there is an expectation that a lengthy onboarding period is usually necessary.
