It was a general discussion on my curriculum vitae.. about my interests and passion.. why did I wanted to work for them. What are my expectations. How long do I think shall I work for them. Followed by a typing speed test and telephonic conversation to check the communication skills and vocals By the end of the evening they confirmed my application and selected me for the voice process as a Customer Care Associate for North East Process

The interview went really well , the HR team were really helpful . They had an Assesment to check our fluency in English Langauge , then I had an interview with operational manager , again there they asked me very basic questions , they also asked me to speak about any topic , Basically you just need to speak , speak and speak fluently about any topic , it will convince them , I got selected in this round aswell . Later I will given the offer letter, but due to personal reasons I had to give up this job , So I turned down the offer letter .
