First was given a typing to test to verify I had the needed typing speed. It was easy for me but if you don't have the typing speed they are looking for you will not move on. I saw it happen. Then I met with the recruiter and was asked background (education, experience) and basic situational questions ("describe a time you had to....) Be prepared to have examples. He was very personable and I felt comfotable talking with him. Then I was given a tour of the building. Following that I met with the supervisor of the department I would be in. That was quick, just her looking over my resume and confirming what the recruiter told her. Then I was offered the position that day. I really enjoyed my time there, you can advance fairly quickly if you excel in your work. Beware that is is a cubicle job, you will be sitting in a box for 8 hours not talking and focusing on your productivity.
