I had two successful Zoom interviews with the Head of IT and Head of HR, who were both in the US. My recruiter (also US based) told me that they both loved me, and they weren't looking at interviewing anyone else, and I was asked to go to an in person interview at the Harrow office to meet the people I would be working with, to ensure that we all got on ok. I turned up at the requested time and place, to find that nobody there had heard of me, no-one was expecting me, and no-one was available to talk to me. Then I heard nothing for three weeks, before the recruiter got back to me to tell me that they'd given the job to someone else.
