Began with email communication over the course of 3 weeks (initial screening phase?) followed by a few short phone interviews (final screening). Visited the offices interviewed with a potential direct-manager. Second office visit after about 2 weeks (with manager, n+2, n+3). Reviewed technical my experience and areas of expertise with the appropriate staff members. Followed by some situational analysis. As with any company, it felt as through they were looking for good fit regarding personality.

Got a call from a senior recruiter. He was really dynamic and competent! I felt like part of the family. At first, the job look like others but my experience as candidate made me change my mind.
