Second Round: (With Solution Architect) - It went well, he asked about previous project and it's design. I explained and he also covered some NodeJs concepts. Then he asked me if I have worked on this and that (mainly 2-3 technologies that wasn't mentioned in my resume). After few days I got to know that I was not selected because I don't have hands-on experience with these technologies. Also, that in recent month I have not lead a team, even though I was leading a team for 2.5 years exp before that. Asking something that is not mentioned in resume and not considering for the role based on that didn't feel good.
