The first non-clinical interview was fine. The gentleman was engaging and informative. The second with the clinical person also went well. She answered any questions I had well. The third and offer interview did not go so well. It was conducted by the same person who completed the clinical interview. First, she did not recall speaking to me three days before. Second, the offer was for a part-time position when the listing had specified a full time job and at no time had anyone stated otherwise. Lastly, she had stated that she would send me information by the end of the day, which she did not do. I was contacted 24 hours later, but was told in the offer letter discussion that I would need to make a decision within 24 hours as they had other candidates available. With these red flags and the other reviews on this site, I decided to go a different direction.
