The process was very quick - less than two weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter who was very friendly. She explained more about the job role and the company, in general. I was offered an on-site interview for the following day. 30 minutes with the hiring manager and 30 minutes with the CFO. Everyone was very pleasant and the office is calm and inviting.

Found the interviewer to be extremely cold and unprofessional. When I asked her about her experience at the company, her response was "yeah I must like it if I have been here 4 years" Also, she didn't have a good handle about some of my questions and her responses were quite unprofessional. I would recommend that management look at this situation and try to learn and grow from it as Dialogtech really needs to focus on the candidate's experience.
