Phone interview, a few tests (including drafting a letter, a logic test, and a few multiple choice) followed by a one on one interview with hiring manager. Second interview consists of two group interviews with various employees and/or management. P.S. they put a lot of emphasis on your test scores.

Interview was very straight-forward. There is a "compatibility" test that you have to take (depending on the position)... if you pass it, you are on to the next step... if not... goodbye. HR was very open about the position and nice. The test is pretty much the key to making it to the next level. If you are working with money, they WILL check your credit.
