Filled out several performance samples of work. Did another round and passed that. Was accepted for work and then ghosted. With the boom in AI and need to train the LLMs, kind of surprised they did not have any work. Thought this was a scam afterwards but it appears some people are getting paid.

There was a 30-60min assessment that was derived of multiple opened ended questions, that you required you to point out the discrepancies between two options, or choose which answer would be best in a Q&A scenario. A rather long process, a survey if you will to test your reading and writing skills.
