I was interviewed over the phone about my experiences, training and certifications. I was told that the program manager will review my resume and they would get back to me. Later the same day, an offer was made. They sent out an email with what my salary would be along with all of the other benefits for the position. I reviewed the offer letter and accepted the position. Preparations were made for my travel to the job site and HR was very helpful in assisting with the transition and travel.

The HR rep was very understanding and helped me transfer into civilian life very well. He also let me know what were some of the errors that I have that are on my resume that could have cause me to be overlooked
