Three-stage process: 1- I was first invited to answer several questions about myself and my professional experience in a self-recorded video. 2- If the first part was successful, you are invited to complete a case study task. The day and time could be chosen freely, which was very convenient. The tasks corresponded to the actual work you would do in the role, so nothing unrealistic or excessive.3 - Finally, there was live interview with one or two managers you would be working with if you passed the previous stages. Overall, communication was pleasant and well organized. The only drawback was that I only had the opportunity to speak with someone from the company and ask questions during the final round.
