There is no process for this company. HR will call and ask for profile and will take his own time to get back for interview schedule. But they need ppl to join immediately. For program manager interview, Project managers will be the panel. There will be 2 ppl in the panel but only one person will ask questions and other one will sit and smile for the whole time.
