The interview process was a seamless experience that included both IC's as well as Leadership. I appreciated the Executive team being involved as well, it really showed how passionate they are about the integrity of the culture and making sure that they are hiring the right people!

My interview process started with a LinkedIn message from a recruiter. I completed a sales assessment, then spoke with the CRO, followed by conversations with two hiring managers, and wrapped up with a final presentation. The process was very thorough. Everyone I met took time to answer all of my questions about the role, the team, and the company. I left each conversation with a clear understanding of what the opportunity entailed and what success would look like.
