The interview itself was pretty straightforward. You're given scenarios and you give an answer. Then if they like you, you take a tour. By this point, you pretty much know that you have it. If you're hired on the spot, then you get scheduled for orientation. 8 hrs of looking at a book

What would you do in a situation where one child stroke another child?
The first interview was with the district manager and very simple. The second interview was In person and with the director. It was very comfortable and not stressful. I met the supervisor and some staff as well. I was called back and hired.

I applied online and did the online questionnaire. About a week later I got a call asking to set up a phone interview. If you pass that (i did) you get to schedule an interview with the director or assistant director of the location you're applying for. Interview took about a half hour and then the director showed me around building. She asked if i'd like to come back and do observations (you go in each room for about 20 minutes to see how they work). If the director and the other employees like you after that they will extend an offer to you. Having experience with children is preferred and your pay will be much higher if you do.

When transition toddlers from activity to activity, how will you keep their attention and make sure the transition runs smoothly.
If a parent picked up their child and noticed a mark on them and asked you about it how would you respond if you hadn't seen it or been in the room for a majority of the day?
