First a screening via phone with HR. Basic questions, going through the role and my CV, nothing out of the ordinary. Next step was a video call with the head of department. More challenging questions about my background/career choices and skills. Not so much questions about future / how I would apply skills in this role. Told they would get back to me within two weeks, but they never did.

1. HR from Israel will call you and ask you some general questions such as why you want to apply for this role etc. 2. Second interview with 2 managers mainly ask about behavioural questions and why you want to be in sales. One of the manager was nice but the other one was a bit cocky. I knew instantly I don’t want to work under that particular manager.
